The transformation of the flexibly adaptable LEEGOO BUILDER standard software into your custom-made proposal solution also requires services by EAS in close cooperation with your administrator(s).

Demo applications

Following consultation, we create configurators for LEEGOO BUILDER in order to demonstrate the proposal system and, in particular, the product configurator in the context of one of your products. You will see that the configurator creation can be done entirely without programming and is easy to learn by your specialists.

Trial and test installation

In the system trial and test installation phase we formulate a customer-specific sample configurator in cooperation with you. You gain fundamental insights, and the performance and flexibility of the solution undergoes a quasi-production evaluation. The result provides a solid base for decision making.

Project support

EAS provides all the required services within in the scope of project support, in particular those required during the setup and introduction phase. Project support is provided in close cooperation with your administrators and key users. This cooperation also serves as effective training for the participants.

Training and real-world examples

Individual training sessions are part of the introductory support. This enhances the practical relevance vis-à-vis your specific objectives and tasks. The standard training course “Configurator creation” lasts just three days and there are no special prerequisites as the configurator setup can be done without any programming and is easy to learn.

Software and support

EAS will also provide support and guidance after completion of the system introduction. For example, we will inform you of interesting system innovations, new versions and deliver them in close coordination.

Customisation programming

We will coach your administrators regarding the comprehensive customisation options. This also includes, for example, the implementation of company-specific functions that cannot be derived from the standard core system. Examples are individual reports, expenditures for third party systems or your proposal calculation algorithm.
